This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between TmTourism (hereinafter — the "Administration") and an individual (hereinafter — the "User") using the TmTourism website and services (hereinafter — the "Service").
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. User registration or submission of data for a tour on the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
1.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend the Agreement without prior notice. The new version comes into effect from the moment of its publication.
2. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
2.1. The Service provides the User with access to a platform for searching, viewing, and booking tourism services (hereinafter — "Tours").
2.2. The Administration acts as a licensed tour operator, ensuring data transfer between the User and the direct service provider or government authorities.
3. VISA SUPPORT AND DOCUMENTATION
3.1. The Administration provides LOI support based on the data provided by the User.
3.2. Responsibility: The User is personally responsible for the accuracy of their passport data. The Administration is not liable for visa rejections resulting from inaccurate information provided by the User.
3.3. The final decision to grant a visa rests solely with the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT RULES
4.1. Group Tours: Pricing is based on the final number of participants. The Administration reserves the right to adjust costs if the minimum group size is not met. 4.2. Cancellation: Once an LOI application is submitted to the authorities, a non-refundable administrative fee of $30 USD applies.
4.3. Refund conditions for other services are determined by the rules of the specific provider (hotel, airline).
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. The Administration is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Third Parties (hotels, airlines) but undertakes to provide support in resolving disputes.
5.2. Schedule Adjustments: The Administration reserves the right to optimize the itinerary based on the User's arrival/departure times and professional advice from the guide.
6. PERSONAL DATA
6.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6.2. By using the Service, the User consents to the transfer of their data to the State Migration Service for visa processing.
